System of continuous intervention is a must to ensure effective rehabilitation. AURA assumes that the sustainability of the Teenage Drug Addiction Programme is accomplished through weekly follow-up meetings. The staff meets with the group of addicted students weekly and individually monitors each student via group activities and personal meetings. The follow-up meetings instill a sense of responsibility in oneself providing strong motive and encouragement
for adolescents to quit their bad habits and actively work towards their betterment. They share their progress with each other, inspire each other to get better habits and build a sense of community. In doing so they foster growth and transform their lives significantly.
