As part of our commitment to staff development, AURA meticulously selects qualified personnel through direct interviews. Upon selection, employees undergo a comprehensive training program designed to enhance their skills and align them with the agency's objectives.

The committee members and staff are actively engaged in resource mobilization at various churches in Thrissur, focusing on fundraising efforts to support the construction of the Aura Rehab Centre. Their initiative includes setting up food stalls where they sell homely food products and handcrafted items, appealing to the tastes of the local community.

AURA started the children’s club- Sunshine group with the aim of crafting young learners by building up their values, inculcating moralities and sharpening their skills. Children’s club offers a platform for children to express their ideas and developing their talents by engaging in different activities.

In collaboration with the Excise Department of Kerala’s VIMUKTHI Mission - AURA led various awareness camps for primary-level students (6 to 12 years old). AURA adopted a comprehensive approach to advocate and provide awareness against various societal issues.
