Counselling and referral services offered by AURA are vital for the holistic development and well-being of children, families, and young adults. In today's rapidly changing society, children and young people face numerous challenges, including substance abuse, social media addiction, academic stress, and mental health issues.

AURA introduces a specialized training program for couples. This initiative is inspired by the idea that when partners unite, they can achieve remarkable heights.

AURA started the children’s club- Sunshine group with the aim of crafting young learners by building up their values, inculcating moralities and sharpening their skills. Children’s club offers a platform for children to express their ideas and developing their talents by engaging in different activities.

With an increase of the young working population migrating outside of Kerala, many old-aged people have to deal with a dwindling community and social isolation. The exclusion and marginalization they face by becoming increasingly isolated and dependent on others for their needs becomes magnified.

AURA extends its activities to needy people who are struggling to afford their health care cost and educational cost. Financial assistance for education and medical treatment are provided with the support of socially committed individuals .
