AURA introduced the NEAT (Nutritional and Educational Awareness for Teenagers) lifestyle project during the 2019-2020 academic year. This project aimed to sensitize children about the importance of a 'Healthy Lifestyle.

HOPE is a scholarship programme that supports meritorious students from socio-economic weaker sections, preferably in the villages of Kerala. AURA supported students from Government and Aided schools to pursue their higher education and fulfilling their dreams with the support of CETTA (College of Engineering Trivandrum Alumni Association).

AURA has initiated various programmes for the slum dwellers of Thrissur district. These include health awareness programmes and tuition classes conducted in areas where marginalized people live without access to basic facilities.
